About Laura B. Bramnick
Laura B. Bramnick is much more than an attorney. Because she is also an Arizona-licensed Realtor with experience in the mortgage business, clients who retain her get two very professional services for the cost of one. When you hire Laura you get both an experienced attorney who will fight fiercely for you and you get a Realtor with a thorough understanding of the ins and outs of the real estate business. Laura and her team solve problems before they can become problems. She is an advocate and an ally for you.
Working from her Scottsdale office, Laura practices general real estate law, including residential, commercial and land. Her clients, while primarily from the metropolitan Phoenix and Scottsdale areas, come to her from across the state of Arizona.
Laura Bramnick is committed to making a difference in the lives of her clients by advocating for them and serving as their ally. It is her true pleasure. And it is a personal conviction that put her on the path to a focus on real estate law where she can have a profound impact on behalf of her clients.
After graduating from law school, Laura practiced with a firm for two years before striking out on her own. Founding her own firm, she focused on family law and real estate. She also represented mentally ill patients and advocated for their rights.
But life stepped in and interrupted her successful practice. In 1988, Laura and her emergency room physician husband relocated to Scottsdale for his new position. Two years later, she gave birth to triplets and took a break from the law to care for them. The triplets are now young adults and two are in law school. Driven to continue working, she became a real estate investor, a licensed Realtor and, in a booming market, began originating mortgage loans. When the market crashed in 2008, she realized struggling homeowners needed her unique set of skills and experience. She became an expert in distressed properties and returned to the law as her children were beginning college. She was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2009 and now practices in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and other cities across the Valley of the Sun.
And so, Laura’s commitment to making a real difference has come to fruition in a practice dedicated to residential and commercial real estate issues. It is a practice that allows her to calm the chaos so many people encounter in real estate transactions. Soothing fears of the unknown, she empowers her clients to explore their options while avoiding the many traps inherent in the real estate world.
